2. Products and pricing

All products are handcrafted and may show natural variation in weave, colour and finish — this is expected and not a defect. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order is placed, and will contact you before proceeding if this affects your order.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, for stock unavailability or suspected fraud — and will refund any payment already made in that case. Made-to-order and customised pieces are produced specifically for you after order confirmation and are final sale, as noted on the product page and at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and, where enabled, card, UPI and netbanking payments processed through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers — card and payment processing is handled entirely by our payment gateway partner under their own security standards.

6. Accounts

Where account sign-in is available, you’re responsible for keeping access to your phone number and account secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product designs, photography, text and branding — belongs to Bodhicitta Creations or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bodhicitta Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its products, beyond the value of the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TODO City, TODO State.
